Andrew Harestad
Director Methodology
Andrew brings a variety of performance training experience to the C.A.M.P. team, as well as extensive time traveling throughout the world visiting professional teams and trainers, and consulting with a variety of training centers across the country. Andrew is a Nationally Certified Strength and Conditioning Coach with advanced emphasis in speed and conditioning. Andrew is able to use many different types of methods from Yoga to Olympic Weight Lifting, or Static Stretching to PNF Stretching.
As Director of Methodology for C.A.M.P., Andrew designs and implements performance training systems for athletes of all sports to include professional and collegiate, as well as elite youth athletes. He also continues to specialize in the latest speed training techniques. His basic philosophy when it comes to training an athlete is that an athlete must be able to move with extreme efficiency and maintain constant balance and awareness.
Andrew was a collegiate football player and track and field athlete. He received his Bachelor of Science degrees from Rocky Mountain College in Billings, Montana. He has coached and trained athletes for over 10 years. He got his start training Ultimate Fighters, to whom he is extremely grateful. Andrew currently resides in Utah with his lovely wife, three young boys and one little princess.
